atchwerk at its core is as simple a fight as they come. Depending on your guilds strategy you will focus all your healing on 1 of 4 tanks keeping them alive for 6 minutes or until your DPS can kill him. Easy enough, right? WRONG! Having said that there are things you can do as a druid to make things easier on yourself and the other healers in the raid. While learning Patchwerk consumables are a must. You should come to every raid equipped with a Flask of Distilled Wisdom (optional once you learn the fight), Major Mana Potion, Mageblood Potion, Nightfin Soup and Brilliant Mana Oil.

The type of heals you will utilize will depend on the tank you are healing. For instance when healing the MT I will spam Healing Touch Rank 4 and throw in HOTS on occasion to fill in the gaps. Healing the OT's will require a completely different approach depending on who you ask. Some will take the same route I utilize when healing the MT (Healing Touch Rank 4 and HOTs) but I find this to put too much strain on the rest of the healers in my group which is why I opt for whatever rank HT that will hit for 2k consistently.

Obviously, chain casting HT rank 6 and 7 will put quite a burden on your mana pool, which is why careful cancelling of your spells and prompt use of Mana Pots are a must. In the end practice makes perfect on this fight, as you and the other healers in your group will eventually find your rhythm and begin to drop Patchwerk on a regular basis. I look forward to Patchwerk every week as it has become by far my favorite fight in Naxxramas.
