Arnak the outcast is wanted for the heinous crimes of murder and kidnapping. Handsome rewards will be given to those brave enough to bring this criminal to justice.
Arnak was last seen on the cliffs near the Darkcloud Pinnacle. Show the proof of your deed to Cliffwatcher Longhorn in Freewind Post in order to claim the reward.",

From the quest giver, follow the path West until you reach darkcloud Pinnica. Go to the west of the main island, where a ramp upwards can be found (31 37)
Follow this path around until you come to a fork (34 30) Take the left turning, follow this up untill you vcome to a small camp where Arnak Grimtotem (lvl 29) is.
He has 2 adds, a bandit and a geomancer, which can be pulled seperatly if you wait long enough. Arnak only ability is ajump ability that throws you in the air for around 70 DMG.
After killing him and lloooting his hoof, head back to the quest giver (45 50) to finish the quest",
